The Healthy Families and Communities Subcommittee (U.S. House Committee on Education and Labor) held “Preventing Child Abuse and Improving Responses to Families in Crisis” on Thursday, November 5th at 10:00 a.m. The hearing focused on the reauthorizations of the Family Violence Prevention and Services Act (FVPSA) and the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA).
